VoiceLink Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

Effective date: March 9, 2026

This agreement applies to the VoiceLink apps, websites, hosted services, and related documentation provided under the VoiceLink and DevineCreations brands.

1. License Grant

VoiceLink grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app and related services for lawful communication, room participation, moderation, administration, and media-sharing use cases permitted by your server, account, and applicable law.

2. Ownership

The VoiceLink software, branding, interface design, service logic, and platform features remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, server operator, or rights holder that posts, uploads, links, streams, or otherwise shares that content.

3. User Content and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, stream, link, or share through VoiceLink.
• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or lawful basis to share that content.
• You must comply with the laws, copyright rules, media-distribution rules, and platform policies that apply in your region and the region where your server or room is hosted.
• Server operators are responsible for the rules, moderation, retention, and content settings they enable on their hosted VoiceLink services.

4. Platform Rules and Moderation

VoiceLink may publish platform rules, community rules, server rules, room rules, and media-sharing restrictions. You agree to follow those rules when using the app or any hosted VoiceLink service.

• VoiceLink may remove, restrict, or disable access to content, rooms, servers, features, or accounts that violate platform rules, server rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.
• VoiceLink may require server operators and users to remove infringing or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party and Hosted Content

VoiceLink can display, access, or route user-supplied and server-supplied third-party content, including links, uploaded files, streams, and embedded media. Such content belongs to the respective users, server operators, or rights holders.

Except where VoiceLink directly publishes its own official content, VoiceLink is not the publisher or rights owner of user-posted third-party content and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, or licensing status of content supplied by users or server operators.

6. Content Hosting Statement

For app-distribution and hosted-service purposes, VoiceLink may host, cache, proxy, transmit, or process third-party content that users or server operators choose to share through the platform. That hosting or transmission occurs on the understanding that the party providing the content has the right to do so and remains responsible for that content.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing infringing, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Using VoiceLink to evade moderation, licensing, or service restrictions.
• Interfering with servers, rooms, bots, integrations, or service availability.
• Uploading or distributing content you do not have the right to distribute.

8. No Platform Liability for User Content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceLink, DevineCreations, affiliated service operators, and platform maintainers are not liable for user-generated or server-generated content shared by others through the platform. Responsibility for such content rests with the posting user, room owner, server operator, or other originating party.

9. Service Availability

Features may vary by platform, license, server configuration, integrations, and moderation policy. VoiceLink may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
