VoiceLink provides voice chat, messaging, room administration, media playback, support workflows, and optional federated services. This policy explains what data may be collected or processed by the app, VoiceLink servers, and enabled third-party services used by a server operator.
Data We Process
- Account data such as login identifier, authentication provider, session state, and role metadata.
- Room and chat data such as room membership, message history, attachment metadata, and moderation events.
- Operational data such as device or session identifiers, logs, diagnostics, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Optional integration data for enabled services such as support, hosting, identity, or billing systems.
- Permission-based data such as microphone, camera, notifications, and local file access only when those features are used.
How Data Is Used
- To deliver voice, messaging, room, media, and moderation features.
- To authenticate users and enforce permissions.
- To protect service integrity, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- To support licensing, activation, account recovery, and support workflows when configured.

- VoiceLink does not sell personal data.
- Self-hosted or federated server operators may control their own retention, moderation, and integration settings.
